So here I am, 15 days away from going into the MTC and my mind is racing with so many thoughts and feelings. I am SO excited and couldn't more happy to be packing my bags and getting ready to go serve the Lord and share the gospel with the people of the Philippines. I have my few fears and a thousand 'what ifs..' but I know in my heart this is what I am meant to do and where the Lord needs me to go.
It is crazy how fast the time has flown! It feels like I just got my call and i was jumping up and down asking where the Philippines was, and now here i am packing my bags and getting everything ready. I am so grateful for the people who have helped me get to this point and made me who I am today. I have a strong testimony and faith in the Lord and I know He loves each one of us so much! I can't wait to spread His word and to grow close to Gods children in the Philippines.
For the next two weeks, it might get a little hectic, but I just need to remember that this is all just preparing me for the road ahead and I am going to do what the Lord wants me to do, and be who He wants me to be! Wish me luck!
